On deck at KRYV for the night and hitting the entry early tomorrow.
is there a list of POA'ers tie down spots?
mine is spot 152 south 40.... anyone near by?
I appear to be next to Basler/ the terminal building. On the plus side it’s an easy uber pick up to get to the dorms from the plane. On the minus side it’s a shuttle, bus ride, and tram to get to the middle of things. Next time I’ll see the plane will be Fri morning when leaving. So got my first trip to out to Basler today. N40 has filled up nicely but still lots of room in GAC in the grass. The hard ramp by Basler is full. I estimate that HBC is only about 2/3 to 3/4 full. Still haven’t scoped out Vintage (although we’ll be over there tonight to visit the pirate bar) or S40. Pedestrian traffic seems normal, maybe slightly under from the past couple of years.
Hola - checking in and hoping you didn’t come to your senses, and that we’re all still invited to come over Tuesday and Thursday around 5:30.Well it’s a heck of a sacrifice on my part, but I’m willing to host a POA get together at Sleepy Hollow Tuesday and Thursday evening because you guys are worth it.Seriously I’ll grab a table around 5:30 both nights and maybe make a little POA sign or something for identification— I’ll be wearing a cowboy hat so will be pretty noticeable. Anyone who’s around is welcome to come by and hang out either night or both!
Ah man, sorry I missed you! I’ve been around the plane a lot more this year, work should pick up soon!Set up chairs along 18-36 yesterday afternoon for 3 or so hours and didn’t realize until we were leaving that we had our backs to @Lowflynjack ‘s plane/tent…no matter, he’s always somewhere else working photo gigs![]()
If you’re in Vintage, it’s behind the yellow showers. You won’t miss it… lit up like the 4th of July.Where’s the pirate bar? Found the beer coffin yesterday and feel like I need to keep exploring.
Yeah, it's basically impossible to sleep past 6 here, although i have managed it with earplugs. Adjust accordingly.Idk what kind of planes were buzzing by nonstop at 615am, but they're a better alarm clock than any ring tone my phone has. And here I was setting multiple alarms on my phone to make sure I don't sleep in!

I don't know what row I'm in but it's reeeeeeaaaally far away. like, in another town.
Walk in to the middle where the chargers are and you should see row signs on the cones.I don't know what row I'm in but it's reeeeeeaaaally far away. like, in another town.
I think it’s because they’ve had folks get stuck in the grass.I’m seeing that twins aren’t allowed in for parking at the moment unless you have a reservation at basler. Anyone have any more info?

Planning on coming in Thursday morning, in my PA30, maybe it’ll be open to twins by then. Kind of frustrating because my footprint is basically the same as a 172. Less wingspan, less than a foot longer.
It’s even bigger than what you saw. I’ve driven throughout it this year and it never ceases to amaze me.
Third year for me and haven't got my head around it yet.I’m still trying to get my head straight on just how big this thing is.
You're lucky you don't have to wait for hours to exit Scholler on Sunday because every RV in the universe is waiting in line to dump its blackwater tank.I just walked through Scholler for the first time. I had no idea there were that many campers in the universe.
Go out gate 34, hang a left,1/4 mile SoS Bros.HBC row 327
