Lets make Friday 'Joke Day'!

In my youth when I was in the throes of my career, I was "Mildly Trustworthy" due to my "Wilford Brimley" though I called it my "Thomas Magnum." When I shaved it, one of the guys I'd worked with for ten years said, "Wow. I always thought you were hiding bad teeth." A guy who worked for me for twenty years, walked into my office, scanned me up and down, and said, "New shoes?"

I grew a big ol’ stache last winter. I was headed toward handlebar territory - you know, twirled tips and all. It was more Wilford when I finally shaved it. I noticed that I got a lot of admiring compliments on it. From guys. ALWAYS from guys. The guys loved it. My wife tolerated it but wasn’t a big fan. Uh, thanks, I’m good. And clean shaven again.

Worked with a guy who had snow white hair. Totally. Every single hair. Had been like that for as long as I had worked there.

One day he walks in with brown hair - I said something about it to my boss - his reply was "No. Not Sid. Maybe he just got new glasses."

My dad grew a beard when I was about 8. When I was about 20, he shaved the beard and kept the mustache. When my mom saw him, she wondered why his mustache looked different. I sat down at the table for supper, looked up after the prayer, and started laughing.

I had a mustache (the 'Burt Reynolds' in the graphic above) for 35 years. My wife and the girls never liked it, but I figured it was grandfathered in as I had it long before I got married. They kept up the complaining, so one morning before leaving for work I shaved it off.

I came downstairs, had a brief conversation with my wife, then she kissed me on the lips as I was headed out the door. She didn't notice it was gone. Everyone at work did.

Upon my return home that evening, it was the oldest daughter who first realized I no longer had a mustache. I still give my wife grief about her powers of observation.

Years later, she said I'd look good in a beard, so I managed to get the mustache back, accompanied by a full beard.

Yes, but he uses a gladius to do it....

Why would he use a motorcycle for that?
