Nice!

But it needs toolboxes, a workbench, old parts, oil stains, etc., to give it that homey look.

And a pile of worn-out cylinders for a plane you no longer own. And a Uniden Bearcat playing CTAF at earsplitting volume.
:yeahthat:

LOL! Yep! I still have a Uniden somewhere around here, but it doesn't get air band so in the hangar I have an old Radio Shack scanner. And I have a leftover Lycoming cylinder bagged and boxed on the shelf (installed all new Superiors during the OH).

My hangar coffee maker and mini-fridge are motel castoffs from the local thrift shop, but they work fine. Every $6 saved is another gallon of 100LL. ;)

WEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

I saw '2SM HZ' on the METAR yesterday evening and decided I had to find out what VFR was like at near (200%!) Class G visibility minimums. Really happy to be in an 80 MPH airplane. Somehow a lot eerier than simply being in the soup.

is that screw holding a button for a cockpit cover?

I was told during my original pilot training that you can estimate 3sm viz by putting a quarter on a VFR sectional. That's about as far as you can see.
