I flew with them on a twin amphib and it made it very maneuverable on the water for docking, but because of overheating issues it could only be used for limited periods of time.
In France it is permitted as long as you are under a certain BAC level. It's been a long time since I flew there so I don't know the specific limit. It's common to see pilots there having a glass of wine with lunch.
There's lots of reasons for the cheapest room at Amelia's:
-I'm a last minute booker and the room I was given was the only room left
-we travel with the dog and the pets allowed room is usually the oldest/cheapest
-with all the things to do on the island, why pay more when I'll only be in the...
I suspect DOJ won't let them consolidate at SDL. They'll probably have to sell off that FBO. There are a few locations where both are on the field (eg IAD) but not that many.
But who knows; it's a several billion dollars deal and Signature isn't doing it to lose money.
