Pretty cool update to Garmin Pilot

I like it overall. Have 0 time in actual with it, but have shot a few VFR approaches. I confess I don't find the geo referenced aspect of the vertical track of any use. I do like that they add up the distances so you don't have to add in your head if you want to know how far out you are. I have that on my GTN anyways, but I'm not good at "in my head" addition, so the X axis is kind of helpful.

Here’s my take….if you’re just putzing around doing practice approaches, the new smart charts may not be for you. If you’re doing an actual approach, they’re pretty cool. I could go into details but my pizza is getting cold.
 
Random Pilot question.... is there something that will do a RAIM check for your route in Garmin Pilot?
