What's going on at Keesler? From a separate NOTAM, they also have a pretty substantial sinkhole on the airfield:
AERODROME SINKHOLE MARKED WITH CONES LOCATED APPROX. 417 FT WEST OF RWY CENTERLINE, 3,000 FT REMAINING RWY 22/4,000 FT REMAINING RWY 04, IN THE AREA OF THE SOUTH FMQ-19. SINKHOLE IS APPROX 20 FT LONG X 13 FT WIDE X 7 FT DEEP.
