Help me find a vehicle. I am frustrated.

With both my Lexuses (2020 and 2023), the driver has total control of lights-- not the vehicle. Another thing I like is no 'start-stop' engine to mess with.

The cruise control in my wife's Mazda 3 works smoothly all the way down to a complete stop, and will start moving again when the car in front starts moving. Actually kind of neat in stop and go traffic.

Yes, I've been playing with that. I did a 45 minute commute on the freeway in stop and go traffic and it worked flawlessly. Slowed, braked, stopped, started moving again... I'm really liking it.

I ended up buying a 2014 Miata recently, it wasn’t quite an impulse buy, looked 6 months ago. It was an estate deal, ok price, trailered it home. It’s minty, just going over a few things, 56k miles.

My plan was/is to give it to my son in the military, kinda part of a 3 way trade deal. He’s only Luke warm about taking it anytime soon, so I’ll have it for now. It’s an auto, I’m more of a stick guy, personalized plates on the way.
