Cool plane key chain

I have a Buc-ees keychain. I like their logo and their stores…The keychain is big enough with the silly beaver logo that it’s easy to find when rummaging around my flight bag but small enough that it doesn’t whack my knee when flying.

Perfect keychain for a DeHavilland Beaver.

I saw this thread a couple weeks ago, and I thought, "Hey, these small keychains would be perfect. Let me order some cheap ones on Amazon."

Welll, just in case my Chinese-made keychain went to someone else here...

I ordered two red keychains with N5601Q, but I instead received two of N3916R. So, if you're an owner of a 1966 172M with that tail number and you want to swap, let me know. :D

Now that's friggin' hilarious, cause I'm sitting here looking at my order that's supposedly shipped wondering when it'll show up on the slow boat from China.
N3916R would be mine, a 67 H model. Keychains should be red/white.
I wonder if I'll receive yours! Private message incoming!

I started today in a not happy way. But this had me laughing.!!! Sounds like a problem of ''My Engrish much goodlier now''.

Sorry about the mix up, but thanks for making my day.!!

When I saw this post a couple weeks ago I put this on my key. Freebie from Oshkosh. Thanks Knots 2 U. It might of came with a order from K2U. I can't remember for sure now.

I use this hi vis lime green paracord key chain from Amazon. I like hanging it off the throttle lever as a great reminder to keep key out of ignition when engine isn't running. I also like the hi visibility. It's fallen once or twice, was easy to find.

The cord is pretty handy for survival situations, or if you are ever flex cuffed.

Petco or other pet stores sell dog tags in many colors, shapes and forms. One can laser engrave both sides.
Tail # on one side , phone # and name on other side . Or what ever you want .

You know, last night before these arrived this crossed my mind. But my...err, @baboss's... :D Chinese shipment was already on its way.

You joke, but I'm seriously considering getting the ignition and starter button in my Cherokee C changed to one of these.
For anyone considering this, remember to either manually turn off the right mag (if not impulse-coupled) or see if the start switch has an extra set of contacts that can ground the right mag's P-lead.

I have a mini seat belt. One part stays on the flight bag, then keys buckle up when I'm done. Got it off Amazon. 61ESPV-MlaL._AC_SX569_.jpg
