1/4 share piper arrow for sale @KHGR

Sorry for the late post but here are the new panel pictures as promised. Also, I updated the original post for the prop time. Useful load is 937 lbs. Compressions this last annual were 77/72/78/77. It hadn't been flown for about a week before annual so that's probably why the one cylinder is...

Thanks! Yeah she's a good bird, got me through all my ratings and certificates after my private pilot. Really solid. Our electric trim is inop too, but it's not so bad. She's rigged good and can fly hands off once you get her trimmed.

Sorry I missed the second part of your post. I think it's up to the owner. We still have the gear auto extender and override lever still fully functioning.

    Official Airport Bum!?

Wow.... Any reason in particular you're getting your AGI? Also, not to be rude but I'm getting annoyed with your flight instructor constantly putting you on the back burner. Assuming you are paying him, you are still a paying customer and deserve your time! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A...

Thanks & Results: Need for a CFI?

Completed. Only feed back I had was there should be a question on current certificate/rating held and desired certificate/rating. That way you can judge a little better. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Do controllers see a different 'blip' if an aircraft has ADS-B Out?

Thanks for the replies! I'm working on a seminar about ADS-B at our local airport, and I thought a perspective from a controller would be good (if there was a difference). I'll give our tower a call to see if they notice a difference. Thanks# Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Do controllers see a different 'blip' if an aircraft has ADS-B Out?

As we get closer and closer to the 2020 deadline, I find myself wondering, Can controllers (tower and/or enroute) see a difference between the blips on the screen if the aircraft has a standard Mode C XPONDR or an ADS-B OUT XPONDR? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the input! I'm in the same boat as well. Building time working towards the airlines, but priority will be being there for my students. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

    Official Airport Bum!?

I'm not sure if anybody has really seen a commercial ACS yet. According to the FAA's website, it will be released on the website may 1 before going into effect June 14. Based on the changes to the Private Pilot and Instrument PTS to the ACS I don't see them necessarily making it 'harder' just re...

    Expectations for Instructors and Schedules

It happens. I had the option of putting a deposit down when I first started my private pilot training which would've saved money on the plane hourly rate. Not sure why I didn't do it, but I actually wished I would've since I stayed at the same flight school for all of my PPL, liked my...

    Expectations for Instructors and Schedules

I think it does depend on the student a little bit, but also think about the instructor. They are investing time into you as their student. SOMEONE has to sign you off for solo, xc, and a checkride, who will you pick? What if they both refuse to sign you off because you haven't done enough work...
