Just a couple blocks up St. Johns Road from my old law office in Vancouver WA is a nifty little brewpub called "Victor 23", named for the airway that passes through the Battle Ground VORTAC just north of town. As this was the county in which D.B. Cooper made his jump into history, the place is decorated in a Cooper theme (tagline: "Where Craft Beer and Grand Larceny Meet"). Among its microbrew products are "Flight 305 Amber", "IFR Imperial Stout", "P-Factor Hazy IPA", "Mile High Blonde", "Hop & Hope IPA", "Skyjacker IPA" and "Schaffner Pilsner" (Florence Schaffner was the FA to whom ol' DB handed the hijack note).
Another from CT Valley Brewing, a nod to Saint-Ex:

How 'bout a thread for beer with airplanes on the label?
I'll shamelessly start with my own homebrew from a few years ago (yes, there's a story):

The beer I bought last week that inspired this thread (not bad but not spectacular):
