When you stop on a slope and need to get out to chock the mains .Would there ever be a appropriate time to just use the parking brake?

Thank you that makes since nowMany airplanes there really isn't much weight on the nose wheel. So it is pretty easy for the plane to jump the chocks, at least compared to chocking a main wheel.

Line guys chock the nose wheel, I chock the mains.
No reason for absolutes, it all depends. Say you park at the fuel pump, winds almost calm, once on the nose is likely enough.
