I hear this hack can't fly her way out of a wet paper bag. Had to get seeing eye dog pro pilots to not mort herself as part of her PR stunts. According to the pro pilot board she keeps quitting and getting back to her TV gig. Someone hates not getting attention. Fathers, don't raise your good looking daughters to be attention whores. That is all.

While I think that she is just trying to get as much mileage and money as possible out of her name and that she initially was a bit disingenuous (lied) about being related to the original A.E., I don't think we need to be that harsh on her.

No inclination about her one way or the other (except she is a pilot so is going to get some credit out of the gate.....and she has flown places I never will go) but I did read that she did not lie about her link to the original Amelia - an earlier genealogist gave her bogus info and a second one she hired set things straight.
 
I've met her and talked with her. Many other pilots - young and old, female and male, attractive and not - would get my support before she did.

There are some interesting stories from the guys flying news/traffic aircraft around Denver. It's all entertainment just like most who live in that world.

Quite an accomplishment especially at such a young age though he does look like a dork with his white aviator shirt and epaulets with captain's bars.
