What did you do today?

Took down 20,000 lbs of steel. 70,000 more to go. Looks small, but that red iron beam is 36" tall with an 18" channel on top.

Today I

drove from my house in the Chicago suburbs to Madison
to take a cab to another airport east of Madison
to fly to PDK
to take a cab to ATL <—- currently here
to fly to O’Hare, then Madison (unless it’s a bus American…..)
to get back to my car and drive home to Chicago.
Tomorrow I'm

Driving to another airport east of Madison
to take a cab to Madison
to fly to ORD
to fly to ATL
to take a cab to PDK
to fly to that other airport east of Madison
to drive home

The bottom of the symbol on the left is the inverse of the electrical symbol for ground…I hope you weren’t getting very close to the ground inverted.

Unfortunately that double line makes it non-infinite. It's a program stop.

No, it's the symbol for a battery cell, with the wider bar indicating the positive electrode.

A ground symbol looks like this:

Enjoyed the weather, sitting on my back porch. Listened to music. Drank a few beers. Urinated outside.

Until it started raining, and then I did all that stuff inside, within the appropriate rooms in my house.

My kid called me weird for singing along to Stone Temple Pilots.

Crossed the 900 hour mark today. Got the Seneca up to 15,000 and did 170 knots on 23 gph. My best yet. 40 knot tail wind was the icing on the cake.

So did you make it in 3.3?

EVERYBODY, except Lucas!
From Wikipedia:
The parsec is used incorrectly as a measurement of time by Han Solo in the first Star Wars film, when he claims his ship, the Millennium Falcon "made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs," originally with the intention of presenting Solo as "something of a bull artist who didn't always know precisely what he was talking about."

[citation needed]

Went to the airport for the weekly get together for coffee and sweets. And conversation about flying. Had three carbon cubs stop by.

I went to the doctor the other day.

The girl taking my information asked me if I needed an interpreter.

I really had to bite my lip on that one.....almost answered yes, I only speak pig latin...but I digress, I understand that it is required to ask.

At least she didn't ask me if I was afraid to be at home with my 4'10", 85 pound wife....

Last checkup I had, the PA asked if I wanted a second person in the room with us. I replied "no" to her, while repeating the phrase "do not make funny comments to the people responsible for your medical care" in my head for about a minute. She's nice and I'm certain wouldn't harm me, but I don't want to press my luck.

Started on pressure washing the driveway. Stopped after one third of the job being done - slow going with my weak-ass pressure washer. Now I have a striped driveway. I’m done with this until either dropping the coin on a good washer or hiring it out. It looked better before.

Went to urgent care fearing a sinus infection could have been a tick born illness. 101.8 fever
