New error. When using safari I’m getting “sorry you have been blocked”. I cleared the cache and still get the error

I’m typing this on the same iPhone with Brave and no problem.

Intermittently seeing this on my phone as well. Wonder if has anything to do with Apple's private relay functionality.... might be coming from a blocked IP sometimes but not others?
