My turn coordinator bubble is not in the "house" when on the ground or flying straight and level. Is this a user-servicable thing or do I need an avionics tech to do it? Is it even fixable?

Is it even fixable?
Yes. Is this a built-in inclinometer or an external one attached to the turn coordinator indicator? If its built-in may want to ensure the indicator is accurate before you adjust though. Level the aircraft per the OEM procedure then check where the bubble is.

Installation error (or someone rolled your airplane). You should be able to just remove it from the panel and invert it so the bubble goes back to the 'house' and then screw it back in.

I think you meant to say "An A&P should able to..."

Nonconcur on three counts.

First, could be EAB.

Second, IMO falls under the definition of owner PM. R&R 4 screws.

Third, can work under supervision.

1. Got me there.
2. It's not in the Part 43 preventive list so one would have to wield the Coleal letter, which different people could interpret differently.
3. A bit of a cheat since an A&P is still involved. I'll half-grant you that one.

Agreed on all.
