    Built in? I thought you wanted more stuff... Next thing you'll be considering a WX-500 to display on the G500 TXi as well.

    Stuff, but still clean... If that makes any sense. Preferably, the stuff would have a relatively consistent look and interface.

    I think we're just gonna rip out the stormscope. Maybe I just don't trust it enough, but I don't feel like it's particularly useful. I'd love to be convinced otherwise, though...

    I consider the Stormscope much like a fuel gauge. A blank stormscope and a fuel gauge reading 'F' really don't give me any information. It's when the fuel is on E or the Stormscope lights up and tells me there's someplace I really don't want to go, even if it looks ok visually.

    That being said, I'm curious about the new FIS-B lightning product and the SXM stuff. If they can get the latency down far lower than the Nexrad I think it would be fine for my flying.

    My favorite part of that panel is how they moved the placards out of the way instead of mucking up the nice panel with them.
