I try to avoid known ice. But sometimes it comes looking for me.
These pics were taken about a minute or two after entering the ice. First one shows shortly after popping boots the first time. The second one shows some of the wing after popping the boots the second time. Note that the wing is supposed to be the same color as the cowl. Also note the spinner. All three pictures were take anbout in about a 15 second period. The third picture shows the view out the front.
We elected to turn around and sit this one out.
