Out of curiosity, did you receive an explanation of the reason for the redactions? There are nine exemptions and the response is supposed to tell you which ones apply. I'm guessing "personal privacy" because none of the others are even close.
 
You misplayed this Bryan. I would have shown the letter, redacted and said that I know who you are now *******, when you least expect it, expect it. Of course maybe you are just allowing the culprit to think he is off the hook, in which case, brilliant!!
