Get off my lawn!

I’ve heard people joke about doing this a million times but he’s the first I’ve seen with the initiative to do it. Good for him.

Uh...that's kinda the point of an electric fence, right? :rolleyes:
 
This has happened a few times now with "electric fences". Not everyone has the common sense to avoid using a direct 120v connection.

And start complaining to the city..

I did live in a house once that the property line was about 15 feet into the yard. The owners were expected to keep that area mowed. I think one of the neighbors used to send a bill to the city each time he mowed their property.
