Why don't we have larger Rotax engines?....because not every design scales up easily.....and the market may not be there. ;)

From my untrained eye....that does not look like corrosion. It appears to be a manufacturing defect....called occlusions or porosity...

Before looking for a replacement I would get it to a prop shop and have them give you an official response, the photos might be enough...

At least it doesn't have seals....that are unobtainium. ;)
