Easy win. When I owned my business I didn’t accept credit cards. Too expensive. Checks only. Bills were typically to large for cash.

Also my dry cleaner can’t afford the CC processing. Had it at one point for customer convenience but added the fees to the bill. So few used it that she just stopped wasting her money. Cash or check only now.

Electronic payment is awesome. I use it all the time but it does not come free and some business models just don’t support it.

True story. First time ever buying condoms. I was absolutely terrified. This was back before cash registers in the backs of stores. You had to carry the product from the back of the store to the front to check out. Condoms in hand, half way down an isle, who do I see walking towards me? My girlfriend's older and protective sister! I was able to reverse course before she noticed and sneak down another isle.

I had trouble finding this thread. I remembered @Bob Noel using the word "cream" so I searched for that. It's kinda scary how often Bob has used that word
