2008 Attendee List.

is Suzy coming up in her Taylorcraft again? what about Barb, havent heard much from her since last year.

I think Suzy told Ed she couldn't make it.
Diz and I saw Barb at the Gladwin Fly-In and she said she would try to make it.
We may have a few guy's from the Marquette Mi. area come, bringing a Maule or a Cub or both, and maybe the Last Base Commander that was at K.I. Sawyer AFB with an Exp. he built.
Also Don from Marquette, with his Egg Beater that he's selling rides in.

Oh, almost forgot. Our airport inspector from the MDOT Dept. of Aeronautics,Brian Rochon, said he may be by.
Soooo, everybody on their best behavior (if he's there) Stay out of the tree's ,land with the wheels down, etc.
Nah!,He's really a great guy.

I plan on coming, but can't figure out that table thing above. I can do surgery and plumb a sink without leaks.(not at the same time, although nether leaks) but I'm not real good at computer stuff. If it isn't raining, I'm coming up Friday and will stay as long as possible.

Don't short yourself -- you're an excellent rodent removal specialist as well.

Well, slight change of plans. I messed up and didn't secure Friday off, so we won't be arriving until late Saturday morning. :( We're still deciding whether we want to bother setting up a tent for just the one night or if we might throw down the sleeping bags and air mattress in the building.

Grant....aren't you coming down with a cold or cough or something. Throat a bit scratchy?

No, I'm the only backup for maintaining our systems here during the first week of classes since there are already a couple people from my group out. Plus, I have some meetings that were put on my calendar.:(

I swore you were coming down with the flu or something.

Ugh, just got a curve ball thrown at me by our MX officer. Seems that good 'ol N8483F (Kent's hogging 271G again) just was diagnosed with compressions in the 50s:hairraise:. I am trying to see if I can switch over to the other Archer, but it is booked on sunday afternoon. Waiting to hear back from the guy who's booked it if I can get the plane.

I may have to hit someone up for a ride, or make a fun BMW cycle trip of it.

Alright, no one said "no", so I'm planning to leave Chicago around 2:00 Friday afternoon.

ive got a prisoner run friday morning and then the iowa gang will be airborne about 1 PM.

Wow. You're taking the whole "class schmass" ideology to its fullest, huh? :)

I might have recruited another pilot from my airport. Will figure things out Friday, but there might be a Cherokee 140 with one aboard & camping gear, and if he gets there before me... welcome John to the club (he's not on POA).

Oh... no question marks necessary in my entry in the attendee table :)

I got my official OK from the club on taking the Archer. The plan is to wake up whenever I wake up tomorrow, take the dog to the kennel, load up, and go. Plans may change as I may get a pax to drop off along the way (which would adjust my schedule a hair), but we'll see.

Careful Ted. Cold front moving through tomorrow. Could make it an issue of getting here.

Yep, I'm watching it. I plan as though I'm going. What reality has in store for me, we'll see. :)

Well the possible passenger he has is from greater Detroit, as long as he can get that far he'll have a place to stay the night... Plus if Barb won't house him, my ma will (for the slight fee of him digonisng a strange sound her car is making) ;)

Ted may want to think about skipping out tonight and get to an overnight stay in Michigan somewhere. If he can get to 9D9, he can crash at my extremely messy house.

If he does opt for that let us hope he does not chew up your new cell phone !!! :D :D

I wouldn't, but my dog might seeing as he would have to come with rather than dropping him off at the kennel tomorrow morning.

Skipping out tonight just won't work for me, so if I have to delay my arrival, so be it. I'll be following the weather closely and see what happens.

Thanks for the offer, Ed! :)
