So I am looking at some used Gamin avionics. I found something I really like at a good price from Europe. However it obviously doesn't have an FAA 8130. Does the EU have an 8130 equivilent that an avionics shop would accept in the US?

Hi, I just switched from ForeFlight to Garmin Pilot specifically because I prefer the Jepp charts over NACO charts. However, I can't find a way to view the IFR Low Jepp maps. It still shows me the NACO maps. Anyone know if this is possible?
