Yes, I bought this stuff to get the tripacer gear and the other one came with it. I know what the tripacer stuff is, but the one in question is the one in front with no provisions for any bungees. I have had some mechanics look at it and they dont have any ideas either.

That would be my guess as well. He did say it aint cheep, but then again why would he use it over aviation oils? Just dont fit!

I was talking to a farmer that swears that Dello Deisel engine oil is the best oil to use in his Lycoming engine. I did not know anything about Dello oil except it was used in tractors and deisel trucks so I could'nt argue with him. Any one ever hear of such a thing?
