The dispatcher asked for your name and number in case you were disconnected, number first so they could at least call back and your name second so they make sure they can talk to you again.... Just like they likely asked you first for the location of the inicident and then what was going on, so...

What is the point? Similiar concepts have been tried but none have gotten past the prototype phase as far as I know.
