So where can I find a cam lock with those twist off heads that @RussR posted
You'll have to find a specialty vendor who handles the entire Camloc line which is outside of most aviation circles. I've only needed the Camloc 15F finger-push series on occasion but it looks like there is something similar to what you want.

That doesn't help with the OP's search for a camloc fastener that doesn't have a wingnut but also doesn't require a screwdriver.

@SixPapaCharlie , maybe get one with the folding ring handle, remove the handle, and somehow attach a plastic knob from something else?

Or maybe something like this would work.

Look at the head of the fastener that you have for the dash number (tells you the length).
