What is this Surface Chart Symbol?

What is the front/symbol that spans from the two lows over central Texas? I thought it was a dry line at first, but it isn’t. I can’t seem to find it on the legend chart. TIA!

Oh that’s weird, this showed a dry line as the same symbol, but hollowed. Hmm…
