I'm guessing the best person to ask is @Velocity173
Typically that means the back seats are usable for kids but really too small for most adults. A Porsche 911 is 2+2, for example....what is meant by "2+2 seating"?
That's what I thought. I would just take seats like that out and use the space for cargo (like Scotch or Bourbon). That's what I did with seats 5&6 in the Bo.Typically that means the back seats are usable for kids but really too small for most adults. A Porsche 911 is 2+2, for example.
yup....kinda like a Mooney.Typically that means the back seats are usable for kids but really too small for most adults. A Porsche 911 is 2+2, for example.
They're also one of the few homebuilts that people seem to put time into making the interiors as nice as some of the higher end production models.
Not sure why they have it listed as 2 + 2. XL= xtra large. The cabin on the XL is 47.5 inches wide. Two full sized adults can easily fit in the back of an XL.
I don't think you've seen the interiors of many RVs. Oregon Aero and Classic Aero designs put out some really nice kits.
Mine is the center of row 1 at: http://www.classic.aero/web/public/cc/CC3.php?G=BE2A1EE66A81449F857EBD2468DE08B6
I've flown in the Factory Demo XLRG twice times and can attest to the back seats being plenty large for full sized adults.
I've been around a number of RVs, but all the ones I've seen have very little finishing. These links are pretty much on par with the RVs I've seen in person:

I've seen nicely furnished RVs online, but never in person.
On the other hand, almost all the Velocities I've seen (both in person and online) have had decent to very nice interiors.

Remember this is just my experience. I'm sure there are exceptions on both sides.

Now an SE or a 173? Yeah, that's like a PA28, C172, Mooney etc.
