Good question. I haven't been to any of the FOB cafeterias since before that "thing".

CGS can provide a propeller lock, but we brought our own.

I had to Google this.. Is a prop lock common practice at bigger city airports? I've never seen one in use.

It was(is) a thing at airports inside the DC FRZ for a while. The idea was that terrorists would stop in their tracks when faced with a $5 bicycle cable lock wrapped around the prop.

I don’t know that it was ever a requirement anywhere else, big city or otherwise.
