Single engine bellies in at KGMU. No injuries

Looks more like a light twin gear up,
 
No landing gear. They may have shut one engine down to save it. Maybe both. Couldn't see.

They put it in quote marks. They don’t seem to say whom they’re quoting, or otherwise to understand the basics of punctuation. Here is the right way to use quotation marks: “We spoke with a toothless hobo who lives in the airport drainage culvert, dresses entirely in Busch Light boxes held together with Mr Yuk stickers, and saw the incident. He told us that the plane made a ‘belly flop’ landing.”
 
This guy still works there and would give a report like that. If I was a reporter, I would go straight to him. :biggrin:
