Show us your panel picture...

This is the panel of a B-17 that Jerry Green let me go through when I was down in AZ. last Dec, and Jan. I just thought it was neat not with the thread title however.

I just watched a B-17 take off from Nampa KMAN this morning. He was doing his runup on the runway while we did the runup in our Scout.

We have 2 P-40's and a P-51B based on the feild at the Warhawk Museum. They had a P-51D and a P-47 visiting this weekend. To bad I didn't see the P-47 fly.

Pretty sure I can see Japan from here :)

Probably. That's a lot higher than I have ever taken an airplane...

You must have a turbocharged engine to keep it climbing at those altitudes :wink2:

I fly a 1958 PA-22 Tripacer. The panel is a cross between kind of nice and well used. Here is a picture of most of it.

I like the aircraft shown well away from the magenta line...how appropriate!

Nothing fancy, but it gets me where I need to go:

I had a "discovery flight" in this awesome, brand new (to me) 2009 LSA Tecnam Sierra with a glass panel. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to continue with that instructor and he is the only CFI for that privately owned plane. I miss it to this day but all in all I think things worked out for the best. This plane and CFI were a combined $40 - $50 more per hour.

I gotta get pics of my panel again. Maybe after I stick in the SL30/40 next month...

Thanks Adam and Troy,

Yup, love the Art Deco look. Function and beauty. Since that pic I've mounted a bubble face Taylorcraft/Airpath compass to the top of the glare shield. h

My favorite panel of all. Dash mounted 496 out of view. This panel was bullet proof compared to the glass I used to fly.

Pete took a nice picture of the Cherokee's panel in flight last weekend:

Alan nice panel but is there a reason you posted it 5 times in a row?

That may be because of the registration issues some of us who use gmail have. I can only see it posted once. My apologies. This forum seems to have a few quirks I'm not yet familiar with. Moderators are free to delete the extra posts.

Multiple airframes from 1995 to present, Boeing 777, and do you really think I could own this?

You DID ask.

Here's mine. Unfortunately I only have work planes right now, nothing for recreation.

I finally figured out how to upload photos. This is my 1978 Warrior.

These photos are about five years old.
