Any weekend works for me as well - For the 16-18 weekend, the 19th is a holiday for me (and perhaps others) which would make the journey easier to manage if you are farther away @eman1200
 
This time I may fly in instead of driving

I don't work in marketing, but you may attract more people if you brand it the "free boats and hoes* fly-in".

hmmmmm This is a very small fly-in so let me ask this... Does any weekend Rule you out?
I think ultimately any weekend that doesn't cause someone not to be able to make it if we can somehow swing that.
 
The 16th is no good for me.
 
This is one I’ve tried to make work but the weekends this January are already booked with vacation and scouting stuff.
 
So I think we do the weekend of the 24th then.
Mrs. 6PC feeds the Homeless on the last Sunday of every month and Just said "I can do that weekend but I will have to skip the breakfast so the homeless won't eat"
I confirmed there are plenty of others that volunteer and none of them are going to Fly-ins that weekend so they will in fact still get fed.

We all (or a majority) good with the weekend of the 24th?
 
Just confirmed I got this weekend off.
Going to book my cabin today if we still have folks planning on attending. Any others think they will make it?

Last year it was the coldest weekend of the year. This year, showing mid 60s.

We're planning on it. I'll try to get something booked today.
 
I'm planning on joining. I need to book a plane , but will drive if I can't get a rental.
 
I think I can make that I can make a day trip again on Saturday. Since I now have air conditioning, an Alberta Clipper is guaranteed to roll in early Friday. You’ve been warned. :biggrin:
 
Come on out, I will do your checkride. I think as an ATP, I can do that. I haven't read all the things I can do but that has to be one of them.

Totally. Call up FlightSafety in Dallas and ask if they can reposition their HS125 sim for the ride. :D
 
Oops - just seeing this. I’m not out of town, surprisingly, but having just returned makes it tricky. Will see what I can cook up.

And seriously - where are all the peeps not based in IL/Wi?
