Does anyone have a good Salsa Delivery System? I used to like Scoops but now they just taste like bland crunchy cardboard. I have a few pre-made salsas that I like, but need a better delivery system.

the spoon is reserved for shoveling peanut butter in my face-hole.

Salsa is incredibly easy to make, but good delivery is required.

Tostito's Hint of Lime work very well, but like regular Tostito's, are very large. Try your favorite corn chip. Refried beans work well, salsa significantly improves their rather bland flavor. Anything you eat with a fork works great, too, but store-bought salsa is too runny for burgers, tacos and other handheld food items unless you are prepared for much dripping. For those items, use taco sauce which is much thicker (but I've not figured out how to make yet).

Try some restaurant-style corn chips, the yellow ones. The ones I've tried are smaller, thinner and crispier. Blue corn chips work well, too. Shop your local grocer and try several.

Depends what's inside the MRE. Wait, no it doesn't. Cover it with all of the hot sauce packet. Even the dried apricots. Maybe you won't remember what it tasted like.

Seriously though, just dump the salsa on a chicken breast and dinner is served. But I prefer green chile. We had a few of the obligatory salty handmade tortilla chips and salsa before dinner tonight, but the star of the show was the green chile smothered burrito or enchilada, or chile rellleno, or street taco, or whatever. Just cover it in green chile and all is exactly as life should be.

Hey eman, the spoon can be used to shovel lots of good stuff into the face. With this subject I am a SME.
