Pireps for Signature and Airmark Overhaul for Overhaul?

Looking at an engine overhaul and want to stick to one of the bigger names.

I lke Victor and Zepyr and have quotes for them as well with good feedback.

Any experiences with Signature or Airmark Overhauls?

Nope. Did mine at Penn Yan Aero. Excellent and timely work at a good price. They incorporated a HC STC that I acquired and knew exactly what to do.

Signature OH’d my Arrow’s IO-360. Turnaround time was about 6 weeks. I had an unrepairable case crack which added to my cost. Total was $32,300 with new case. Engine came back pretty much broken in (I used 2 quarts of oil in the first 25 hours. I did an oil change 15 hours ago and haven’t added any yet).

So I am happy with them at this point.

I would avoid Victor. If you are in California, Tim's Aircraft Engines in Long Beach is good.

Ly-con has a 4 month turnaround time.
