5' 2". Driving that car. And he probably forgot his booster seat for the plane. I'd be ticked off too!! You should have asked him if he was going to practice his short field technique.

I have to say though, when I used a booster seat I got grief from every single person at the airport and on the line so I did not think about that one.

I tried to bring a booster seat into my airplane (rental) on Sunday. The CFI said "let me evaluate your seat position first." I agreed, since I don't like the cushion, and what if, one day, someone else at the flight school has the cushion checked out. Turns out my seat goes up and down, so does the back part, we made some adjustments, and now I am a girl without the need for a cushion. Thank goodness. I'm 5'6" tall for crying out loud.

I'm not saying you did anything wrong, but what set the guy off?

Throwing stuff at you is assault. Call the cops and make a report.

Plus call the FAA and tell them this guy is a nut case and probably not
emotionally capable of operating an aircraft while playing nicely with others.

I was sort of thinking the same thing, though two minutes might be too long in Miami.

Scary. I couple of Sundays back as we came out of the diner I marveled at the red car (Olds Aurora), with red trim, and red, red red on red velour interior and red 22" rims with hard 1/2" rubber tires with firefighter license plates. It liked one of scenes with the devil shot through red filters.

Being that the guy hadda to be nearby...
