I received a letter from my HIMS psychiatric evaluation recommending medical disqualification after a dose increase while on SSRI program. How long does it take to receive the official disqualification from the FAA generally, or can I consider that letter the notification?

If you were on the SSRI program, you knew from your authorization that no changes to your regimen are allowed. Any changes, are grounding, six months down, re-evaluation. You were down from the moment you changed the dose. What the heck were you thinking?

In the lower block, see item 6! This sheet accompanies every renewal authorization!!

Maybe I should clarify, I reported it to my HIMS AME and RFS the second I increased it and stopped my duties. This HIMS Psych report was part of my follow up while downed for the recent increase.
