Anyone had to deal with this one, more than just checking the oil for bronze bushing material in the oil filter when changing the oil?
The permanent fix is to replace the connection rod bushings, which I guess means the big end bushings. Which would be pulling all of the cylinders to get to them.

Any estimates on the cost of replacing all connecting rod bushings?

Related prior AD on the con rod bushings: https://public-inspection.federalregister.gov/2024-25365.pdf

I would think the rod end bushings would be the little end. Rod bearings would be the big end. I may be all wrong.

My io360 may be subject to that AD. I'm not sure given how it is written. My engine has the specified affected part number and was installed in the timeframe. I don't know when the part was shipped however. So I'm treating it as subject to that AD.
So far it's been negative findings just looking at filter and screen. I plan on just continuing that approach unless a cylinder has to come off.

Its the piston pin bushing. Perhaps check to see how the previous AD 2024-21-02 was signed off on your aircraft?
The new AD 2026-04-11 replaces that previous one. Compliance is to check for bronze material and can be performed and signed by a pilot at each oil change. Terminating action is to replace the bushings but can be done when a cylinder is off or at OH. There is also previous action credits which might apply to your engine, so may want to check that as well.
DRS links below for the ADs and a link to the Lycoming SB for the bushing inspect as referenced in the AD.
The cost would be based on pulling the cylinders, replace bushings, reinstall cylinders, which is very subjective to your aircraft location and your abilities.
