Live ATC $3.99

[evapilotaz]

Since when did live ATC cost $3.99 to download? Seem like the last time I downloaded it was free. Im
a cheap sob.

Don't know but I doubt Dave is making anything on it. He reinvested all of the advertising money into better and more gear for popular feeds.

I've had it for at least 5 years and remember playing a small fee which I did and still do feel is worth it.

I thinks it's been a few bucks for a while now.

Ha ha. It's cheaper than a smoothie or a #1 combo meal at McD.

Maybe I did pay for it but don't remember

I like free apps but would gladly pat that again in a heartbeat to keep LiveATC!

You talking about the app as opposed to simply going on the site? I think that's always been the case.

Since you asked, I just brought it up on my browser ===>

Still free
still works just hunky dorey

yeah, if you want the proprietary app from Google, that is $3.99

Thought so since I just used it - the site, not the app - yesterday.

The app is a few dollars. And definitely worth it being able to stream it to the bluetooth in my truck while driving

I always used the IPhone app

[evapilotaz]

I don't mind paying. I'm not cheap. Besides we are rich pilots.

A few days ago I installed the app on my android Moto pure.

The app always starts by itself, even after I close windows, and run an app killer app.
I'm worried about it sucking data? It's always on running apps list.

Related, can this run when only on wifi?

If you're not listening to a feed, I doubt it will pull any data. I don't see a way to limit it to wifi on my version.
