Lightspeed Zulu2 refurb/parts source?

This is my wife’s headset, she just pointed out to me last flight it has issues. I know I can get new ear seals. However the strain reliefs on the cord are also broken(my RTV fix didn’t hold). The control box has a broken off volume slider and the covering on it has turned all sticky….

The headset is perfectly functional. I’m wondering if you can get these other parts or send it in/trade up for a new one or something.

Yep, I sent in my z2s for upgrayedd. Definitely worth a call or an email to ask if they still do it, I've been happy with mine.

Lightspeed did a refurbishment on one of our Zulu2 (replaced the sticky battery case) for a small charge. I would recommend using them for repairs.
