I ordered a wheelin one but it's a front and back type thing, doesn't fit, isn't the same part.

Judging from the pic it looks like silicone or similar?
If so, could you do owner-produced from bulk sheet of the correct thickness?

New they run about $80-$90 but you can probably get a used one for $30-$40 at a salvage yard. Should be P/N: 0752646-1... but can't be sure. Yingling or Preferred Air for new.
