Karen says well under an hour. It was her second effort - the first one, with a nautical theme, took longer as she was still getting comfortable with the program. That one was VERY cute and I’ll post it when I’m back home and at a computer.

And Karen just offered to give lessons for a beer!

Nice movie. Made me a bit nostalgic seeing the scenery from the air. I grew up in Kingston, TN, and I spent many days hanging out with my flight instructor father at Meadowlake airport (now renamed Riley Creek), 12TN, which is just a short distance from Lenoir City. Solo'd at Rockwood, KRKW, and took my PPL checkride at Downtown Island, KDKX way back in 1989. Thanks for triggering some happy memories.

I made the trip in N89EL from San Jose to Rockwood and back a couple of years ago. This movie and the scenery from the air are giving me the urge to do that again.

Very nicely done. The change in clips to the music was cool. And I see you got the deer on final in the vid.

I just video'ed a flight last weekend for my first time and downloaded a program to video edit...need to tackle it.
 
Here is Karen's first attempt at a movie trailer using iMovie on her iPad:


Maybe around 2 hours total as she learned her way around the program.

All the clips were from a single video she took on her iPhone 7 of our nautical-themed bathroom.
