Is the ATC IFR-600 test set able to comply with part 43 appendix F for a repair station. Compliance with ATCRBS transponders like AT-150 or KT-76A with UAT 978 to certify only the transponder. The transponders not mode S of the ADS-B 1090, can the IFR-600 still be used to certify those transponders, is the GPS information also required or can you just certify the transponder alone with no GPS information out?

I don't see why not. An A/C transponder won't know GPS from a hole in the ground. There's no requirement for a periodic inspection of the UAT out. I

Yes. Transponder can be certified separately.
