As far as why? I dunno - especially since some of them are more than 10NM from Adrian.

Looks like airports within 25nm of ADG are all reporting that NOTAM even though it's apparently just for Adrian.

There seems to not be any lack of verboseness when they have nothing to say - just a complete and utter lack of formatting that would render it somewhat readable.

Yeah, I think adding information in the NOTAM regarding type of aircraft and the activity they are engaged in would be useful to enhancing situational awareness and mitigating risk.
 
Those long NOTAMs are only in there because someone is too lazy to start the NPRM process to codify them into law. Utterly stupid.
