I don't know what it is about small piston airplanes but I can never get hoses or spark plug harnesses the correct length. This time its a PMA spark plug harness for Bendix dual mag on an O360A1F6D. Some of the leads are 5 inches longer than the original! Talk about a waste of time as I refuse to ball up the wires and use it. Now I'm going around and around trying to get them to duplicate what we took off the engine which fit perfectly.


Just venting...
 
well....you can get the equipment and make up your own leads....just say'n. :D
 
Basically their position is that any of their products must conform to PMA drawings. Somehow they must believe that their two part numbers are the exact harness need for every make/model airplane built with an O360A1F6D...

Of course, they won't tell you which airplane they reverse engineered those part numbers from...
