Florida Flying with Noel Philips

Hi Guys!

It's been an age since I last posted in here. I've become a PPL since my last post!

I figured I'd come back over and start things off with my latest video. If you're a fan of Noel Philips from the UK, check it out! We fly around Florida checking out some of the hotspots, including the Shuttle Landing Facility. I hope you like it!

You're not going to update POA every time you load another video to yt, are you?

 

I wasn't planning on it, but not sure why it would matter as long as I'm more proactive in other discussions.

 

You should do a recap video for those new to the channel that tells your story....because it really is a good story. An aviation adventure.

From your dad leaving taking 03D back to Great Britain, the medical issues, Lewis, Rachel, Otto....it's a story that many people can relate to. You fought a lot of battles over the last few years, and to have kept flying through it all is amazing to me. I will say that I "had a little dust in my eye" when you called your dad after your check ride. Your channel has been different over the last couple of years as it told that story.

Keep it up, don't let the haters get you down.

 

I think the video would be better with clothing that was less offensive. I found it distracting and it really doesn't add anything good at all.

As in the colors were too bright?

 

No, as in wearing a Georgia tshirt. We Georgia Tech alums find anything promoting the University (sic) of Georgia to be rather disgusting.

 

Ah, OK. I think that's a fairly niche portion of the audience, unless they're not willing to speak out lol. I'll let Noel know that the next time we fly together, he's to wear something a little more neutral ... like a Zero Three Delta t-shirt, for example.

Didn't watch, but at least you posted a short description of what those who might want to click can expect to invest 24:22 of their lives on. So thanks for that. I think the issue some (including me) have with yoooootoooobe postings are those of the drive-by variety - a click-bait-y title, zero text/description and just a video dropped on the page.

So thanks for at least letting us know what we are about to view.
