Engine overhaul stand

Any pictures of homemade engine overhaul stand. Form car rims to old prop hubs welded on post to stands and flat plates to bolt crankshafts on, any pictures of things that work.

I made mine....from an auto stand. For $30 it does quite well. I modified the rear two pads to line up with the TSIO520 bolt pattern.

How do you build an engine on a horizontal stand?

Someone recently posted a 1+ hour YT video of an engine overhaul from back in the 40's (yes I'm sick and had to watch the whole thing) ....with a horizontal overhaul stand. You could rotate the engine on it. I think it would only work for lightweight engines.
