First real try at polishing.
Better wear a welders helmet and plenty of sun screen when flying that bird. The glare off the wings is gonna cook you. Its a beauty.
That is why the airplane has curtains! (Didn't take long to figure that one out one sunny day.)
I'm going through about the same amount of sunscreen as polish. I never said I was very smart.
Although it's mainly just UVA that you're safeguarding against. I'm a big proponent of sunscreen, especially while flying. Good point Va!
First time soloing my 182. I think my landings are better solo, tbh
Knoxville Downtown Island yesterday, before a touch-and-go and heading back to the nest:
Just a perfect day for flying.
Noooo! That's not me.
My narrowest runway to date. 24ft @ 45G (Brighton Michigan) Basically a turf strip with a paved centerline....
Thanks for this.. best laugh of today
I asked some ex-cons, and they verified that "nope, that's not Mark".
As far as YOU and THEY know!
Currently sitting in the back of an Embraer Legacy 550 enroute to Long Beach, CA at FL400. What an airplane!
In-n-Out Burger here I come!
Why aren't you upfront?
what exactly is this sign telling you to do, or not to do?
You may now get up and jog.
Good question. I dunno. Funny thing is, there's a flight attendant on here. First time flying private so I'm in awe.
Currently over Oklahoma City, 1,182 miles to go.
I better not wear out my welcome.
Tell 'em you want some stick time flying S&L! lol
Interesting thing that I didn't know is that these Legacy's have side sticks instead of the Embraer 'handlebars.'
Alright Mark. Just spent some time up front.
I now dislike flying commercial .
@Ryanb ...jealous of the in n out burger
I was wondering the same thing. Maybe its what you will need to do after eating the fish.....
Is that caribou? Still in velvet?
Yes and yes.
Basin Harbor B06, Vergennes, VT. Picture circa 2009.
That's why I never eat fish on an airplane. We were served turkey and swiss sandwiches, fruit and potato salad. Not bad at all.
Idk why but I thought this was hilarious
This is 5 minutes taken out of a 1 hour video I did flying a Piper J3-90. Once around the patch. No audio other than the engine noise.
And the weather was perfect.
Lake Hartwell and Clemson University in the background. Enroute to KGVL in the 152.
F-5Es over Grand Canyon.
Climbing out of Monterey,CA.
High Terrain in California.
Somewhere between Monterey and Van Nuys.
Nice rack you got there...
