Dunno about this one but it's typically a dishonest DPE rather than an incompetent one.

This would be interesting, and I think it could easily be done:
Get statistics on incidents/accidents for pilots needing retesting for this examiner & for Eddie’s examinee’s and any others, then compare them to the stats for the pilot population at large.
Not sure any action would be, nor need be taken - but it would be interesting to me.
