Cat had the blues.....

Some people are absolutely unhinged.

I feel for them. Before we were married my wife had a little dog who was terrified of thunder. I complained to God on his MySpace page (this was the early 2000s) and He blocked me.
I'll be keeping an eye on the pending litigation in this matter for sure.

14 years old?!?

I hope the compensation she's offered is a pre-paid ticket to Oshkosh for her and her kitty.

Between the MiG17 burners and the F35 pitch test maneuver, that feline will either thrive or drop dead.

But I'ma put this article as a +=1 case of over-humanizing our pets. We don't *not* light off fireworks on the 4th of July because of our dogs, and we don't stop the blue angels cuz of a ****ing ailing, geriatric cat.

In it's advanced age the cat simply didn't have what it takes to survive in our dynamic, fast paced world.

Many moons ago when flying ultralights with two stroke engines a nearby unhinged neighbor actually came down and stood in the middle of the runway shouting at the sky and the airplanes. Said that his beagles wouldn't mate because of the sound of those weed eater engines flying near his house. Well ... I know something about dogs and mating and I'm certain that he was not even close to correct.

I'd be more curious why the **** the man is so deeply invested in dogs mating. Might be worth a call to the animal welfare office.

Rumor was that he was breeding them to sell (perhaps as hunting dogs) ...

Not even suing for that. They're suing because they were blocked on social media.

My younger brother married someone who thought she had Scottish ancestry and loved bagpipes, so they had a piper at their wedding. I was giving my brother a hard time about it, and he said something to the effect of, “a lot of people don’t like bagpipes…they say it sounds like killing a cat.”

To which I naturally replied, “I think killing a cat sounds good, so it can’t be what bagpipes sound like.”

I would have asked "with each other, or with you?"

But sometimes I can be a jerk.

Some stories just make you wonder....

No wonder at all--it's Seattle, a city full of snowflakes and whackos who have lost touch with reality. Hell, look at the City Council.

Be nice!

this hotel cat wanted to come home with me. I blocked it and am now awaiting trial.

She’s calls…. ‘squad (sic) commanders emotionally fragile snowflakes’ - ironic…. (or she doesn’t understand what the descriptive means)

So, she doesn’t think anyone should be able to block profanity-laden hatred on social media… could be youngsters on that site.

I am sympathetic to felines, and I think I could identify some cardiac-safe anxiolytics that would have made kitty not gaf about the noise.

The irony here is that they did her a favor blocking her. If they unblock her she will likely suffer an onslaught of online social media derision and shaming.

I just wonder where people get the energy to pursue these causes... This is probably one free speech battle not worth fighting...

My parrot on the other hand loves living on the airport. She makes airplane noises. She's particularly fond of my neighbor's SeaBee. She'll make the airplane noise even if she sees it parked in my front yard.

Have you tried training her to imitate a stall horn? Or maybe, “Terrain! Terrain! Pull up!”

She's better at sound effects. She loves to make the sound of zippers zipping, the sound of shoes squeeking on the front hallway floor, and one day when changing smoke detector batteries I found she was making the dead battery chirp.

My cousin had a parrot, and she came home one afternoon to find the bird loose and pecking chunks of wood out of her fireplace mantel, all the while squawking “Bad bird! Bad bird! Back in your cage! Bad bird!”

Bacca would say "Good Bird" even after banned to her cage for biting.

I'm really not playing devils advocate, but I am curious to see what the courts will say about government run social media accounts and 1st amendment rights.
