Can this cirrus be fixed after chute deployment?

With a nearly run out engine. The crashed plane had 223 flight hours, $550k may be a little high, but $500k is probably in the ballpark for the ask price. I've following these for a while and the ask prices are getting up there, who knows what they are actually getting.
 
Next question.... Can the 'chute be used again.?? Repurposed, like for my drag car or when I air drop.... uh.... supplies to specific rural locations.??
